Issue with Viewing/Selecting All Results in Map & Market Activity Searches

We’re aware of an issue where only 50 listings are initially displaying when running certain searches in the MLS—such as Map Search or Market Activity—even though more listings should appear. In some cases, the full list eventually loads; in others, it may not unless you leave the search and return to it.


Our vendor has identified that the “Additional Information” column in the 1-Line Report is contributing to this problem.


Temporary Workaround:


To avoid this issue while a permanent fix is being worked on, we recommend modifying your 1-Line Report by following these steps:

  1. Run your search and click Modify Columns on the 1-Line Report.

  2. Remove the column titled “Additional Information.”

  3. Save your custom 1-Line Report using a name other than "default."

  4. Go to Settings > Search & Report Defaults and set your new 1-Line Report as the default.

  5. Run your search again—listings should now load beyond the 50-mark without issue.
