We are pleased to inform you that this issue is now resolved! The issue only impacted users on server 7 and was caused by a problem with the underlying software that is used to resize photos upon upload, which has since been fixed. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked with our vendor correct this issue as quickly as possible.
