Virtual Tour URL Issue in Classic Reports

If a Virtual Tour URL contains symbols such as "?" or "&", the link may redirect to the cMLS login page instead of opening the tour correctly.


Workaround: Until this issue is resolved, we recommend adding the Virtual Tour to the "Additional Media URL" field as a temporary solution.


Important Note: This issue does not occur in optimized reports, so those reports remain unaffected.


A fix for this issue has been scheduled and is currently pending development. We will keep you updated on the progress.
