On Sunday, September 22nd, the Help Desk received reports indicating that some clients may not be receiving emails from connectMLS. Through testing, emails were received around 15 minutes after the email was sent, so it seems there is a bit of a delay. Our vendor is currently looking into this matter.
In the meantime, as a helpful workaround, clients can manually sign into their client portal by visiting the following link: https://connectmls.mredllc.com/cvlogin.jsp to access what has been sent to them immediately. If they have any questions about their credentials, they may click on "Password Not Working?" to request their information via email. You can also verify a client’s username by going to the Clients section of your connectMLS account, selecting their name, and checking the Client Portal Preferences area. Additionally, clients can access their portal through previous emails they have received.
