DocuSign - "Unable to Send, Contact Help Desk" Error

It was reported when sending a form to DocuSign, an error appears that states "unable to send" and to contact the Help Desk. This issue has been reported to our vendor, and they are currently investigating. A workaround in the meantime is to preview the form and download it as a PDF so you may upload to DocuSign directly.
