8/11/2024 Update on Email Delays Impacting Immediate Client Communications

Dear Members,
We want to inform you that we are currently experiencing delays with emails being sent out, which is impacting the immediate delivery of client communications because of the recent issue with connectMLS. Our team is aware of the problem and is actively working to address it as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, here are a couple of options to help manage your client communications:
Use Previous Email Links: If your clients have received previous emails from you, they can use the links provided in those emails to access the properties.
Zenlist: As an alternative, you can use Zenlist, which is available to MRED subscribers, to send property listings. Zenlist offers a robust platform for MLS needs and can help ensure your clients receive the information they need promptly.
We apologize for the inconvenience this delay may have caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue. We will keep you updated on our progress.

6:35 PM Update: the backlog of emails has been cleared out. Most items were sent were cleared out by 5:35 PM.
