8/11/2024 11 AM Update: We are looking into issues that the app is still experiencing.

If you experience any issues accessing connectMLS, please try the following steps:

  1. Clear Your Browser Cache on a Desktop:
    • Press Ctrl+Shift+Del on your keyboard. This will open the "Clear browsing data" menu in most browsers.
      Important: Please ensure you only select "Cached images and files" and do not clear cookies to avoid losing saved login information and preferences.
    • Chrome: In the "Clear browsing data" window, select "Cached images and files" and click "Clear data."
    • Firefox: In the "Clear Recent History" window, select "Cache" and click "OK."
    • Edge: In the "Clear browsing data" window, select "Cached images and files" and click "Clear now."
  2. Clear Your Browser Cache on a Mobile Device:
    • Chrome (Android): Open the Chrome app, tap the three dots in the upper-right corner, then go to History > Clear browsing data. Select "Cached images and files," then tap "Clear data."
      Important: Ensure you do not clear cookies to maintain saved login information.
    • Safari (iPhone/iPad): Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data, then confirm by tapping "Clear History and Data."
    • Chrome (iPhone/iPad): Open the Chrome app, tap the three dots in the lower-right corner, then go to History > Clear Browsing Data. Select "Cached Images and Files," then tap "Clear Browsing Data."
      Important: Ensure you do not clear cookies to maintain saved login information.
  3. Restart Your Browser: After clearing the cache, close your browser completely and then reopen it.
  4. Try Incognito/Private Mode:
    • Desktop: Open a new incognito/private window (usually Ctrl+Shift+N or Ctrl+Shift+P), and try accessing connectMLS again.
    • Mobile: Open a new incognito/private tab in your mobile browser (usually accessible via the three dots menu).

9:45 PM A workaround is in place and signing into the site like normal is working. Some aspects are still being adjusted, such as the client portal, which may cause some slowness while navigating the site. 


Please try to clear your cache and restart your browser if you experience any issues.
