Oops! Error when clicking on "Schedule a Showing" from the connectMLS Mobile App

An "oops!" error occurs when clicking on the "Schedule a Showing" link on listing while using the connectMLS mobile app if you are using Classic Search or any classic listing reports, i.e. Full-Agent (Classic). 


While using the mobile app, it is advised to use the General Search and modern reports, i.e. Full-Agent (Optimized). Using these reports will not result in an "oops!" error as it does while using classic.


Our vendor is aware of this issue and working on a solution. Thank you for your patience.
